Christopher Santomassimo: Welcome to the The Think Factory Podcast powered by OGC Solutions and I’m your host, Chris Santomassimo, at least the host for today. And I’m with a good friend, Mike Mulcahy from OBrien. So welcome to the podcast.

Mike Mulcahy: Hi Chris, thanks for having me. It’s great to be here with you.

Christopher Santomassimo: Oh, it’s terrific to have you. So just just by way of background, you know, we, we focused on a number of printing related companies, packaging related companies on the podcast. And, but what we always like to do is focus on companies that are doing some pretty interesting stuff in the business and a little bit unique at the same time. And I got a chance to go visit Mike and the folks at OBrien out in St. Charles, IL recently and was super impressed and wanted to shine the spotlight on O’Brien for a couple of minutes. What one of the many interesting things is not only does OBrien work in the outbound mail business in transactional print, especially for insurance companies, but also they’re an inbound mailroom or a virtual mailroom. So Mike, tell us a little bit about Saint Charles and the good work that you’re doing for your customers.

Mike Mulcahy: Sure. Just a little background on OBrien. We’ve been in business. We just celebrated  years on March this year. So that’s exciting. OBrien started off in the s as a forms distributor manufacturer, so back when there was white Canary pink goldenrod and you had to press really hard with the pen to get the information through to all the plies.
