Chris Santomassimo:

Halie Howell: Hi, I’m Halie and I’m really excited to be here today. I’m going to tell you a little bit about who we are at Flex Technology Group, or FlexTG for short. We are the only management service provider with a true national coverage and support for multi-vendor environments.

That means we work with over 31,000 customers across industries, hospitals, law firms, and retailers, you name it. No matter what mix of brands or devices you’re using, we usually have it covered. We started back in 2005 and our headquarter is in Mesa, Arizona.

Today, our network stretches from coast to coast. 93% of our technicians are full-time FlexTG employees, and because of that, we’re able to deliver high, reliable service wherever our customers are. We actually just wrapped up our annual kickoff at the Wynn in Las Vegas, where we celebrated welcoming over 2,000 new customers and hitting 97.7% client retention rate, something that we’re incredibly proud of.

Because of that, we can focus on real outcomes, not just equipment that people notice. At the end of the day, we are a growing family of regional companies powered by a national platform, and we’re just getting started. Thank you again for having us, and I’m really excited to dive in.

Greg Joramo: Wow, I don’t think I could have done as well in introducing the company. So, Hayley, thank you so much.

Halie Howell: Thanks, John.

Chris Santomassimo: That was perfect. And by the way, if you’re getting 2,000 new customers in an event like that, then that, to me, is amazing. And if you want to come over and do that at our firm, we’d love to have you, so make that happen. [laughter]

So, Greg, you’re the Vice President of Sales at Flex Technology Group. I would love to hear a little bit more about exactly how you do it, what you’re doing in terms of good work for customers, and what you offer that’s essentially helping customers.

Greg Joramo: So, I’m one of the Vice Presidents at Flex Technology Group. My area, really, my role is to spearhead the production national strategy, as well as our sales initiatives around production. And what we do at Flex is very different from all of our competitors.

We have a very sound process that’s proven when we start working with customers or prospective customers. It’s data-driven. And we’re able to bring information to clients across the various vertical industries that we support.

Clients are looking to do what they need to do on a daily basis as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. And I think a lot of folks don’t really understand or appreciate how much of an expense the print services work is and how much it impacts the day-to-day operations of the company.

Chris Santomassimo: And how do you help clients transition, you know, to, you know, from whatever they traditionally do? Maybe they’re, you know, handling some things themselves, etc., but coming out to Flex Technology Group for a new solution?

Greg Joramo: Yeah, again, we identify that through our assessment process, just understanding, again, what their goals are, Chris, and, you know, looking for opportunities to expand their services to their organization.

You know, important questions like “What types of things are they producing today?” and “What types of things would they like to produce in the future?”
