Tara Good-Young, MSHA, CHFP, CASC, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Pediatric Dental Initiative since June 2023, focusing on providing specialized dental treatment and promoting oral health education for underserved youth in Northern California. Previously, Tara held significant roles including Director of Operations at Santa Rosa Community Health, Chief Operating Officer at Precision Dermatology, and Facility COO/Practice Administrator at Plastic Surgery Associates, where initiatives led to increased patient satisfaction and financial performance. An accomplished practice manager at Vineyard Dental Group, Tara transformed operational excellence and team engagement while coordinating surgical activities at Santa Rosa Oral Surgery. Educational achievements include a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph’s University, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Western International University, and an Associate’s in Health Services Administration from Santa Rosa Junior College.
